Percy's Place - Pitt Town

Percy's Place is located 1 hour from Sydney CBD, situated on a spacious 110-acre property. Wake up to the sight of cows grazing, views of the Blue Mountains and embrace the calm of the rural setting surrounded by the Hawkesbury River. The powered sites are ideally situated for relaxation and a country farm feel.

Powered caravan sites are NOT located on the river, with NO river access. Powered caravan sites at Percy's are best suited to over 55's with a caravan or motor home. (refer to map)
Percy's Cottage is available as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottage does come with access to boat ramp and private beach on the river. (sleeps 6 adults, 2 children max) NOT pet friendly.
All annual river front sites have boat ramp access, own private grass area and beach that fronts the Hawkesbury River. These sites are best suited for weekend/holiday use.

We are pet friendly on powered caravan sites as long as your pet is friendly.
Camp fires permitted only between 1st April - 30th September on some powered sites, please request at time of booking.

Due to recent floods and repairs in place, we do not offer any non-powered camping or access to the river from powered sites.

Percy's Place is located only minutes from the small country town of Pitt Town. Percy’s Place caravan park is set in a very quiet and relaxing location. Pitt Town is part of the Historic Macquarie Trail and is home to many 19th century buildings. It is well located to see many of the wonderful attractions within the Hawkesbury and Sydney area. The historic town of Windsor is 10km away with some of Australia's oldest buildings, great restaurants, markets and historic walking and driving trails. Percy’s Place is only an hour drive from the Blue Mountains or Sydney CBD and a 1-hour direct train trip to Sydney, from Mulgrave or Windsor station.
