We have 1 onsite House available, can be reserved as a 1,2 or 3 bedroom.
House is fully furnished and comes with all linen, towels, cooking utensils, BBQ, veggie garden and large self-contained outside grass area.
House has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with twin shower, outdoor hot shower, 2 toilets, laundry, lounge, dining area and office space. All bedrooms have smart TV's and ceiling fans.
House has reverse cycle air conditioning, oven gas cooktop and dishwasher.
2 x additional foam mattress are available upon request for addition 2 guests, only suitable for children and additional fees apply.
Use of Percy's house as a 1 or 2 bedroom is not available in peak periods Christmas, Australia Day, Easter LWE, October LWE (surcharge applies for these periods may also apply).
Must be rented as a 3 bedroom, in these peak periods
House has great mobile reception and wifi.
Pricing includes use of private sandy riverfront site and use of the boat ramp if required.
Camp fires are permitted 1st April – 30th September.
The house is NOT pet friendly, no pets allowed.
